Founder Chuck Von Holtz
CVH Construction Inc., was founded by Chuck Von Holtz, Certified General Contractor, who always had a passion for building things, hands-on, from start to finish. Chuck has been in the New Construction and Home Remodeling business for about 22 years. Originally from New York, Chuck graduated from The State University of New York where he received a Bachelor of Science Technology Education. Shortly after college he moved to Naples and has now been living in the area for 26 years. Before transitioning into the owner and general contractor Chuck was the superintendent for the Lavoie Construction Group, the premier luxury contractor on the Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Now as owner and general contractor, Chuck utilizes the same employees and subcontractors. Quality, attention to detail, and customer service are still paramount to Chuck’s business. This continued excellent quality and satisfied customers have led to a steady stream of high-level construction projects simply by referral and word of mouth.
